i just woke up and drink 250mL packed milo.
drink milk is healthy as to prevent osteoporosis ...ah awful disease... the doctor said must drink since childhood age not adulthood age (40+) since it's too late ald o_O;...
i also loves egg and everythin that got vitamin D. ppl say milk is fattening then wat will u say when u gotthe disease?
